We want you to love what you ordered. Because every Trianka product is printed just for you after you order, our policy works a little differently from a regular shop. Here's the deal.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered (wrong design, size or color), we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
- Email trianka@shoptrianka.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the problem (and of the label, if it's the wrong size).
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your replacement or refund. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Change of mind or wrong size ordered
Since each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. When in doubt, compare with a shirt you already love.
Cancelling or changing an order
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once printing has started, we can't cancel or change it.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your package is lost in transit, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, where the claim allows, send a replacement or refund. We're not able to replace packages returned because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we can reship them at the cost of new postage.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.
Gift orders
If you received a Trianka item as a gift and something's wrong with it, email us with the order number or the name of the person who ordered it, and we'll take care of it.
