Orders and shipping
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and standard US shipping takes 3–8 business days, so plan on about 5–13 business days in total. More details are on our Shipping page.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within the United States. International shipping is on our list.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and address, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different products are printed by different production partners, so items can ship separately. Nothing's missing; the rest is on its way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your item is probably already being printed.
Products and sizing
What are your t-shirts made of?
Most of our tees are Comfort Colors 1717: 100% ring-spun US cotton, heavyweight 6.1 oz fabric, pre-shrunk and garment-dyed for that soft, broken-in feel. Each product page lists its exact materials.
How do the shirts fit?
Our Comfort Colors tees are unisex with a relaxed fit. Many women go one size down for a closer fit. Check the measurements in our Size Guide and compare them with a shirt you already own.
Why does my shirt's color look slightly different from the photo?
Garment-dyed shirts are dyed after they're sewn, so each one can vary a little in shade. Screens also show colors differently. We think that's part of the charm.
Will my shirt shrink?
Comfort Colors tees are pre-shrunk. Washing cold and drying on low keeps shrinkage to a minimum.
How do I care for my shirt?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the print. No bleach, no dry cleaning. Your shirt will thank you by lasting a long time.
What do "casual," "insider" and "group order" mean?
Every passion has three sides. Casual designs are for anyone who enjoys it. Insider designs are full of jokes only true fans will get. Group orders are for teams, clubs, bands and trips that want to match.
Returns and problems
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because everything is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind or wrong size. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace or refund it. See our Returns page.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Check with neighbors and your mailroom first, then contact us within 30 days. We'll help you file a claim.
Group and team orders
Do you offer discounts for teams, leagues and clubs?
Yes! Bulk discounts start at 5 shirts. Contact us with your team name, how many shirts and your deadline, and we'll send you the details.
Can you add our team name or player names?
Personalized designs are available in our group-order collections: League & Team Orders, Run Club & Race Orders, Band & Crew Orders, Wine Club & Trip Orders and Group Trip Orders. Need something custom? Just ask.
Gifts
I don't bowl, run, play or drink wine. Will they get the joke?
Trust us: if they do, they will. Our Gift Shop has a gift finder to help you pick.
Can I send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Packing slips don't show prices.
Payment and account
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see your full card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders.
